Payment

A 10% down payment is required upon execution of the purchase agreement with the balance due at closing. The sale of the subject property is not contingent upon the Buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Title

Title to the property will be conveyed by a Warranty Deed. Title insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be split equally between Buyer and Seller.

Taxes

Taxes for 2021 and all prior years will be paid by the Seller. Taxes for 2022 will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Closing

On or before December 30, 2021.
