Payment

A 10% down payment is required on the day of the sale with the balance due at closing. Sale of the subject property is not contingent upon the Buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Title

Title to the property will be conveyed by a Warranty Deed. Title insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between the Buyer and Seller.

Taxes

Taxes for 2020 and prior years to be paid by the Seller. Taxes for 2021 will be prorated to the day of closing.
