A 10% down payment is required on the day of the sale with the balance due at closing. The sale of the subject property is not contingent upon the Buyer’s ability to obtain financing.


Title to the property will be conveyed by a Trustee’s Deed. Title insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between the Buyer and Seller.


Taxes for 2019 and all prior years will be the responsibility of the Seller. Taxes for 2020 and all subsequent years will be the responsibility of the Buyer.


Closing for the property will occur on or before May 9, 2020. 


Day of sale with 10% earnest money deposit.
