Payment

A 10% down payment is required on the day of the sale with the balance due at closing. The sale of the subject property is not contingent upon the Buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Title

Title to the property will be conveyed by a Warranty Deed. Title insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between the Buyer and Seller.

Taxes

Taxes and assessments for 2018 and prior years are to be paid by the Seller. Taxes and assessments for 2019 and all subsequent years will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Closing
