Title to the property will be conveyed by a Warranty Deed. Title insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between the Buyer and Seller.
Taxes
Taxes for 2023 and prior years are to be paid by the Seller. Taxes for 2024 and all subsequent years will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
